IEWC Announces Changes to C-Level Organization Structure
August 28, 2013
IEWC has restructured its C-Level activities by repositioning several areas of functional responsibility. These structural changes are intended to position the organization for more dynamic, profitable growth in all areas of its business. Order Fulfillment Excellence is a pre-requisite to long-run sustainability within the distribution arena and these changes are being made to ensure that the customer's primary interests are being addressed at all points of contact. With a heightened focus on establishing a leadership platform for the future, IEWC continues to place strong, effective employees in key roles to coach and mentor IEWC's directors within the supply chain. There is a need to be more responsive to local market requirements and this decentralized approach will yield more autonomy for IEWC's Divisional Presidents. IEWC continues to expand its business through a combination of organic growth initiatives as well as acquisitive growth initiatives. These changes will also ensure that the organization is well positioned for its next phase of development.
