All our assemblies are produced in-house at the IEWC UK Value Add Workshop by our highly trained VA team, who are dedicated to manufacturing cable power leads daily. Our customizable Roller Flow Tables allow us to optimize performance and efficiency without compromising on production quality. Furthermore, our Crane Hoist system accommodates cable assemblies of any size or weight, streamlining the process from coiling to the assembly line, reducing the time-consuming manual handling between stages.
Extension Leads, Fly Tails, and Adaptor Cables
Custom-built to any length you require, offering maximum flexibility and durability in the toughest conditions, including exposure to weather, oils and grease, mechanical wear, and thermal stress. Tailored to your exact specifications, they can be assembled with any combination of Mennekes plug and socket connectors—16A, 32A, 63A, or 125A, in Single Phase or Three Phase. We use high-quality flexible harmonized cables such as Titanex or Ascent H07RN-F, H07ZZ-F, or SY Cable, ensuring every solution is crafted to meet your precise requirements.
PowerLock Cable Extension Sets and Tail Leads
Available in any length you require, from 25mm² to 300mm², utilizing flexible options like Titanex, Ascent H07RN-F, H07ZZ-F, or RadaFlex. Designed for high-performance, they feature PowerLock 500A to 800A drains and sources, with Cembre lugs for secure connections. Typically purchased in sets of three Single Phase Leads or five Three Phase Leads, these cables are ideal for connecting generators to power distribution boards and other high-current applications, where reliability and performance are critical to ensuring the seamless operation of high-power circuits.
Cut, Coil & Strip
This service provides cable solutions tailored to your exact requirements, delivered in custom lengths and pre-stripped for immediate on-site termination, saving you valuable time. We also offer complimentary kits with Cembre or TC lugs, as well as Mennekes, PCE, or PowerLock connectors, ensuring a complete, ready-to-install solution.

Each lead is meticulously inspected by our Team Leaders and Production Supervisors at every stage to uphold our commitment to quality.
Quality
The heart of everything we build. We exclusively utilize calibrated Cembre Hydraulic Crimping Tools and adhere to the highest standards of termination and quality control practices. The components used in our assemblies are sourced from leading global experts in their respective fields, such as Nexans Titanex, Mennekes, Cembre and PowerSafe.
Testing
Every lead undergoes rigorous testing with our bespoke 4-wire Independent Cirrus Testing Units. These all-in-one systems move seamlessly across our modular production floor, performing tests at multiple stations along the flow system. They check for continuity, isolation, resistors, diodes, capacitors, and split twisted pairs, while also conducting resistance measurements and identifying error locations for opens and shorts. The result is a fully tested, complete product—ready for immediate use upon delivery.
