Milwaukee, WI – April 4, 2025 – IEWC is proud to announce the acquisition of Bevco Engineering, a leader in precision industrial controls with a strong presence in the medical sector. This acquisition marks a pivotal step forward in IEWC’s strategic growth plan, particularly in high-growth markets and value-add capabilities.

“Bevco brings new capabilities to IEWC that allow us to expand the enhanced services we can provide to customers across a wide range of industries,” said Mike Veum, President & CEO of IEWC. “Their proven expertise in custom-built solutions strengthens our ability to deliver greater value, flexibility, and innovation to the customers we serve.”

Bevco’s controls currently power more than 45,000 diagnostic imaging suites globally, with additional applications across a wide array of industries. With 65+ years of innovation behind them, Bevco brings not only advanced technology, but also a culture that aligns with IEWC’s values: winning the right way, delivering on our promises, being customer-obsessed, being constantly creative, and communicating with honesty.

Bevco will function as the "Controls" division within IEWC, creating a third business unit within IEWC to join the existing OEM and Infrastructure divisions.

Bevco brings incredible engineering and product know-how. IEWC brings scale, supply chain strength, and a global platform. Together, we’re going to do big things for our customers.”

What This Means for IEWC:

  • Deeper capabilities in power management and precision controls
  • Expanded reach in medical and industrial automation markets
  • Increased engineering and solution design resources for OEM and infrastructure customers

“We are incredibly excited about this partnership,” said Veum. “It’s more than an acquisition—it’s a deliberate move to strengthen our ability to serve, solve, and scale.”
