1. When will my order ship?

ITEM AVAILABILITY
In Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days once an order is placed.Please note that order size and/or adding a service such as striping, dyeing and twisting may increase fulfillment time.

IEWC.com ORDER PROCESSING
Online orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday during normal business hours. IEWC does not currently process online orders on Saturday, Sunday or major US holidays.

 

2. What shipping options are available?

GUEST USERS
If you place an order as a GUEST, orders under 150 lbs. may ship via Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 Day or Fedex Standard Overnight. At this time, you must be a REGISTERED user to place orders over 150 lbs. on IEWC.com. Please contact us at (877) 613-4392 or via Live Chat if you would like to place an order over 150 lbs.

REGISTERED USERS
If you place an order as a REGISTERED USER, delivery preferences from your IEWC account will be used. IEWC Calendar Customers can utilize shipping schedules down to the line level. If you would like to review and/or change your preferred delivery methods, please contact us at (877) 613-4392 or via Live Chat.

 

3. How do I track my order shipments?

GUEST USERS
If you are a GUEST user, you will receive an Advanced Shipping Notice via email with your tracking numbers(s) once your order has shipped. With your tracking number(s) you can look up your order on our Order Status Page, visit www.fedex.com to check the status of your shipment, or contact us at (877) 613-4392 or via Live Chat for more information.

REGISTERED USERS
If you are a REGISTERED USER, you will receive an Advanced Shipping Notice via email with your tracking numbers(s) once your order has shipped. With your tracking number(s) you can then visit www.fedex.com or applicable LTL carrier to check the status of your shipment. You may also check the status of your order by logging into IEWC.com and visiting MY ACCOUNT >> MY ORDERS, or contacting us directly at (877) 613-4392 or via Live Chat.

 

4. What do I do if there is a problem with my shipment?

If there is an issue with your shipment, or would like to request a change, please contact us at (877) 613-4392 or via Live Chat. REGISTERED USERS may also request changes to orders and quotes within their online account.
