How do I place an order with IEWC?

To place an order with IEWC, log in or create an account on IEWC.com. Alternatively, you can fill out our Contact Us form or call us at our toll-free number, (877) 613-4392. Our customer service team can assist you between 7:30 AM and 5 PM CST. 


Are there order minimums?

At IEWC, we strive to meet all customer needs and requests. However, depending on the product, there may be minimum order requirements. Orders placed on IEWC.com are subject to a minimum order of $100. 

 

Does IEWC support EDI ordering?

Absolutely! IEWC offers EDI ordering to streamline your business processes. If you require EDI ordering support or need assistance setting up your EDI account with IEWC, please submit a Contact Us request, and one of our knowledgeable team members will help you. 

 

Does IEWC provide order acknowledgements?

IEWC ensures that order acknowledgments are supplied for all orders processed through our systems. Additionally, you can conveniently track your order information within your IEWC.com account for added visibility. 

 

Does IEWC provide advanced shipping notifications?

IEWC provides advanced shipping notifications (ASNs) for all orders to enhance order and inventory visibility. If you have an IEWC.com account, you can easily track the progress of your orders and shipments by logging in.

Shipments

 

Are IEWC orders shipped out the same day an order is received?

IEWC strives to accommodate same-day shipments for received orders, contingent on factors such as volume, service requirements, product availability, and freight arrangements. Additional costs, determined by your chosen carrier, may apply. 

 

What is the cutoff time for same-day shipping?

Generally, orders should be received by 11:00am CST to qualify for same-day shipping. This cutoff time ensures efficient processing and dispatch of your order. 

 

Does IEWC offer overnight shipping?

IEWC does offer the option for overnight shipping, subject to factors like order volume, specific requirements, product availability, and freight arrangements. Additional costs associated with your chosen carrier will be assessed to facilitate overnight delivery.

Payment

 

What types of payment does IEWC accept?

At IEWC, we offer convenient payment options to suit your needs. You can make payments using major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, for eligible customers, we provide NET30 terms upon approved credit.  


     

      

Returns

     

All returns due to an IEWC error, manufacturer/supplier error, or IEWC carrier error will be corrected at no cost to the customer, including appropriate transportation charges. All claims must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. 

  1. IEWC is not responsible for lost or damaged products when shipping via customer collection or 3rd party carriers. In such cases, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for credit. 

Customer may return standard Stock Products for up to 3 months (90 days) following invoice date; restocking fees will apply. The following conditions apply to all returns:

  1. All returned standard Stock Products must be in good, salable condition, unused and in the full and unopened package and/or carton in which originally purchased. No random lengths or broken cartons will be accepted;
  2. Discontinued or obsolete Products and Custom Products or Materials that are serviced (stripe/dye/print/twist/etch) are not eligible for return;
  3. Material supplied under a NCNR (Non Cancel Non Return) agreement will not be eligible for return;
  4. Credit will be issued to Customer once product has been returned and inspected;
  5. The Return Authorization number must be noted on product being returned to IEWC;
  6. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by Customer unless return is due to an IEWC error; and
  7. Returns not caused by IEWC will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product being returned or $50 whichever is greater.

Regarding the return of product considered by the customer to be defective, the following conditions apply:

  1. Proper written authorization must be obtained from IEWC;
  2. Physical sample of defective product may be required;
  3. Detailed description of complaint and confirmed defective quantity must be provided;
  4. Picture of IEWC Batch Label or Batch Number may be required;
  5. Picture of the defect to be provided; and
  6. Picture of the Supplier label on spool if applicable will be required.

Written authorization for all returns of qualified Products must be obtained from IEWC’s Account Management or Customer Service team prior to return. No returns will be accepted without proper written authorization and assigned return authorization number. IEWC reserves the right:

  1. To return to Customer at Customer’s cost returned Product which in IEWC’s sole discretion does not meet acceptable physical condition standards
  2. To hold the credit until the returned Product has been inspected and the reason for the return confirmed; and
  3. To request proof of purchase for returned products
