IEWC Announces Pat Rislov as Chief Supply Chain Officer

IEWC is pleased to announce the appointment of Pat Rislov as Chief Supply Chain Officer. This new title is a reflection of Pat’s broadening leadership position within IEWC as the Quality, Business Intelligence, and Marketing teams have now become a part of the Supply Chain organization, joining Sourcing, Materials Management, and Logistics under Pat’s direction.

“In his time here at IEWC as our Supply Chain leader, Pat quickly demonstrated his ability to set a vision and purpose for our Supply Chain organization,” said Mike Veum, Chief Executive Officer of IEWC. “Beyond that, Pat also has shown consistent focus on deepening our supplier partnerships to create mutual opportunities for sustained growth by meeting the evolving needs of our customers.”

This appointment is part of the planned expansion of responsibilities for Rislov, who joined IEWC in July 2018 as Vice President of Supply Chain. In that role, Rislov quickly demonstrated strong business acumen and innovated the company’s supply chain operations. In a career that started more than 25 years ago in the retail space with organizations including Kohl’s Department Stores and Steinhafels Furniture, he earned progressive leadership roles specializing in inventory management, e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Rislov will assume his new position immediately and continue working out of IEWC’s offices in New Berlin, Wisconsin. He will continue to report directly to company CEO, Mike Veum.
