IEWC’s unique Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) provides valuable retirement benefits at no cost to employees! All U.S.-based employees are automatically enrolled in the ESOP after one-year and 1,000 hours of service. Annual ESOP shares are allocated to elegible employees at no cost to them. Each year, those stock shares are revalued by a third-party based on IEWC’s previous year’s financial performance compared to similar companies and competitors.
Research shows ESOP companies are more productive, faster growing and more profitable — benefits that accrue to all stakeholders, including the retirement accounts of the employee-owners.
