The RG Flex family of telecommunications power products has been tested and certified by Telcordia and meets the functional performance requirements of GR-347 Issue 3, TPR.9212 and ATIS-0600017.2020. Telcordia affirms that L2, L3 and L4 power cables are suitable for use in all telecommunications facilities including central offices, remote terminal applications and outside plant remote cabinets that house electronics equipment.

- If you did not receive the Product you ordered, the Product is not functioning in accordance with the Product specifications, or there is visible shipping damage to the Product due to an IEWC freight carrier, IEWC will replace the Product at no cost to you. All such claims must be submitted to and approved by IEWC's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date.
- If you longer need the Product, you can return it subject to IEWC restocking fees in place at the time of the return. For these returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. All such returns must be submitted to and approved by IEWC's customer support team within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
