All such claims must be submitted to and approved by IEWC's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date.
- If you longer need the Product, you can return it subject to IEWC restocking fees in place at the time of the return. For these returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. All such returns must be submitted to and approved by IEWC's customer support team within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
