Southwire® Type RHH or RHW-2 or USE-2 conductors are used with conduit as specified in the 2011 National Electrical Code. When used as Type USE-2, conductor is suitable for use as underground service entrance cable for direct burial at conductor temperatures not to exceed 90° C. When used as RHH, conductor temperatures shall not exceed 90°C in dry locations. When used as RHW-2 or USE-2, conductor temperatures shall not exceed 90°C in wet or dry locations. Voltage rating for RHH or RHW-2 or USE-2 conductors is 600 volts.

Customers can return standard, non-serviced IEWC products (the "Products") as follows:
- If you did not receive the Product you ordered, the Product is not functioning in accordance with the Product specifications, or there is visible shipping damage to the Product due to an IEWC freight carrier, IEWC will replace the Product at no cost to you. All such claims must be submitted to and approved by IEWC's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date.
- If you longer need the Product, you can return it subject to IEWC restocking fees in place at the time of the return. For these returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. All such returns must be submitted to and approved by IEWC's customer support team within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
